this past Monday evening. We had an early Christmas celebration with
family from Minneapolis and Windsor, Canada. They were very
impressed with the Menu and could hardly narrow their choice down.
Loved the calamari appetizer, drinks, dinners and after dinner

evening with a large group (15 people), and could not have been
happier with the service we received. Every single person who
interacted with us, the host and hostess, the bartender, the
waitress, the busboy, and the chef who personally brought out 2
items that were send back to be cooked longer, went above and

Mike and his bride Tristan, throw on Sat. July 1. It was
wonderful! We spent Sunday raving about what a wonderful job you
and your Staff did and how they certainly went the “extra mile” to

us. We were celebrating my wife's birthday (a bit late), and I felt
recognition was needed for your wonderful staff.
This is the first time that I have
felt compelled to write a restaurant a letter of appreciation. The
atmosphere was wonderful, the food was great, but what put J.
Baldwin's over the top was the wait staff. Their professionalism was
obvious, but their fun loving spirit and desire to fulfill every
need at a moments notice made my family's head spin. This made
enjoying the evening very easy.
