Stations parties can be a lot of
fun! Choose as many stations as you wish!
Chef Attended Dinner Stations
Roast Beef Tenderloin:
Roasted medium rare and presented with
assorted bread, horseradish cream, and Dijon mustard.
Black Angus Top Round:
Black Angus roast slow-cooked to
tenderness, presented with savory au jus.
Maple Glazed Pork Loin:
With assorted bread and stone-ground
mustard.
Herb Roasted Turkey Breast:
All white meat turkey breast served with a
honeycomb mustard and natural sauce.
Theme Stations
Pasta Station:
Build your own pasta dish. Choose from broccoli, peppers,
onions, roasted garlic, grilled chicken, tomatoes, Bay shrimp, two
types of pasta, and two types of sauces.
Fajita Station:
Chicken breast, flank steak, bell peppers and onions, sautéed
with Mexican spices and presented with flour tortillas, salsa, sour
cream, and mixed cheeses.
Potato Station:
Baked potatoes and rich smashed potatoes,
with choice of cheese, broccoli, basil pesto, roasted garlic, and
freshly grated parmesan cheese.
